GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION

Our meditation courses are based on the teachings of spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy and, at his request, are free of charge. The courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators who are looking for new inspiration or a group to meditate with.

Our courses are held in Kingston in a downtown location and consist of four successive classes. Seekers will be given a choice of dates and times but should attend at least one class per week.

Classes include the philosophy and practice of meditation as a means of personal insight and development. Instructors provide simple exercises and guided visualizations and answer questions on the application of meditation to your daily life. Books and CDs are available.

Please contact us for the detailed schedule and the location of our upcoming classes.

FOLLOW-UP COURSES

Once the introductory course has been completed, seekers can apply for the follow-up course.
