 GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION

Our meditation courses are based on the teachings of spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy and, at his request, are free of charge. In addition to our introductory courses for beginners, we also welcome experienced meditators who are looking for a group to meditate with on a regular basis.

Classes include the philosophy and practice of meditation as a means of personal insight and development. Instructors provide simple exercises and guided visualizations, lead discussions on spiritual matters and answer questions on the application of meditation to daily life. Books and CDs are available.

FOLLOW-UP COURSES

Once the introductory course has been completed, seekers will have the opportunity to attend follow-up courses and to learn about the teachings of Sri Chinmoy.

MEDITATION CENTRE

After completing the follow-up courses, interested spiritual seekers can apply to join the Sri Chinmoy Meditation Centre.
